Struggling to effectively communicate and engage with people of all generations in your workplace? Join us to read and discuss The Remix: How to Lead and Succeed in the Multigenerational Workplace, a Wall Street Journal and Financial Times book of the month. Millennials now make up the largest percentage of the U.S. workforce, with Generation Z workers just behind them. Leaders and organizations must adopt new workplace strategies that appeal to how Millennials work while still engaging Baby Boomers and Generation X workers who will remain in the workforce for many years to come. Lindsey Pollak is a leading expert in the multigenerational workplace. In her new book, she combines the most recent data with her own research, as well as detailed case studies from Fortune 500 companies. Pollak offers proven strategies that serve all generations’ needs, resulting in an environment in which each generation’s ideas and practices are blended and a smarter, more inclusive workplace emerges.

The Remix is an essential guide for anyone looking to navigate today’s multigenerational workplace, which is more varied and diverse than ever before. Set yourself up to lead and succeed in this new norm. Don’t miss this opportunity for professional growth and development as part of the SMPS-TC book club series!
