According to Marketing 2022: A Survey Exploring Current and Future A/E/C Marketing Practices, A/E/C firms regularly reduced fees and construction costs to gain work during the Great Recession. And although “the economy has been growing for many years since the recession, firms have continued to experience downward pressures on pricing, resulting in a highly competitive landscape that shows no signs of abating.” So, where do we go from here? What can you do now to prepare your firm (and your career) for the next recession? During this education program, you will learn how marketing and business development can position your firm for success, using lessons learned from the Great Recession. If you have already registered for the event, you will be issued a code to reimburse you towards a future education program.
